Senior Administration Manager (Procurement & Fixed Asset Management)
About the job
- Reporting to the Administration Team Lead and assist in managing the office administration functions, and work closely with the head office.
- Experience in a related field, such as Procurement management, Fixed Assets Management, or financial reporting, preferred.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Solid experience in handling corporate business travel.
- Coordination between countries to provide administration support for the internal team and HQ.
- Lead the team in preparing the department budget, formulate, review, and maintain relevant policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations. Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
- Min. Degree holder with 8 years office administrative experience ( Procurement, Fixed Asset Management & business travel arrangement )
- Possess Strong Interpersonal skills to work with all levels of stakeholders effectively
- Working location: Central
- Working Hours : Monday to Friday , Office Hours
