AVP, Relationship Manager, Global Corporate Banking (Technology, Media & Telecommunications)

Are you an ambitious Relationship Manager who wants to partner with some of the most innovative companies in the world to help them achieve their business goals? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team and help grow our Global Corporate Banking division in the exciting Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) industry.
Responsibilities:
- Originate and develop new business relationships: Be the key point of contact for clients, understand their needs and work with them to deliver tailored solutions.
- Structure financing solutions: Develop and propose viable financing solutions that meet clients’ requirements, ensuring they are aligned with the bank’s risk appetite.
- Identify and realize opportunities: Work closely with colleagues in overseas branches and product partners to identify and realize opportunities for business growth.
- Cross-sell trade, treasury, cash management, capital markets products: Work independently with business partners to cross-sell various products and deepen client relationships.
- Manage own portfolio of obligors: Prepare credit proposals and credit reviews, including in-depth credit risk analysis, to ensure the portfolio is managed effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant banking experience: You should have a proven track record in corporate banking, with experience in loan syndication, debt capital markets, and M&A advisory related transactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead deal teams in origination and execution.
- Strong credit and financial analytical skills: You should have strong analytical skills, be able to problem-solve, and have experience in TMT industry research.
- Independent, self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, and a team player: You should be an independent self-starter with a growth mindset, who is proactive and results-oriented, while also being a strong team player.
- Familiarity with current digital and emerging sector landscapes: You should have a good understanding of current digital and emerging sector landscapes, with a preference given to candidates with a TMT background.
