Our Client
Our client is a prominent healthcare organisation in Singapore. In line with continued growth plans they are currently recruiting for a Group Director, Talent & Organisational Development to join their dynamic HR team.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Group Head of HR you will lead and drive the success of the organisation’s Talent & Organisational Development agenda. You are instrumental in leading two teams in overseeing strategic development and effective management of the organisation’s talent development function, effectively partnering internal (clinical & business units) and external (government, ministry & statutory boards) stakeholders. You will be the talent conduit to business unit heads and corporate functions, guiding the pivot in talent agenda, future-proofing leadership capabilities and pipeline, and synergise talent endeavours across the group.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate comes with over 15 to 25 years of relevant work experience, with at least 10 years in a people management capacity in Talent Management & Organisational Development. You come with strong stakeholder management skills, and are a dynamic individual could put on a strategic hat, whilst remaining hands-on when situation arises.
