Our Client is a Global Leader in the Apparel Retail Industry. They are currently in search of a seasoned HR professional to join their growing business as a Senior HR Manager.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our HR strategy forward and ensuring the effective management of our human capital. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR best practices within the retail sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the timely hiring of top talent.
- Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs and develop proactive talent acquisition strategies.
- Lead and manage the performance management process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse and equitable workplace.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to share best practices and leverage synergies across regions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
