A leading Asian Financial Institution with global presence is seeking an experienced Product Manager – Syndicated Loans to join the team.
Job Description:
- Lead and execute all syndicated loan transactions, overseeing the preparation of term-sheets, information memorandums, and other relevant documentation.
- Manage the primary distribution process, including organizing roadshows, handling documentation, and addressing investor inquiries.
- Develop institutional marketing materials such as pitch-books and ad-hoc reports to support business development efforts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key lenders, actively updating and managing an investor database.
- Collaborate closely with the coverage team to structure and deliver comprehensive financial solutions to the bank’s clients under the guidance of the Team Lead.
- Stay abreast of key market deals and news, providing timely updates and insights to relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in syndicated loans or corporate banking, with a proven track record of successful transactions.
- Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Keen understanding of loan market trends and investor credit appetite, with the ability to anticipate and respond to market dynamics.
- Proven expertise in executing end-to-end processes of syndicated transactions and secondary trades, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Mandarin, with the ability to effectively communicate with headquarters and counterparties as needed.
