Our Client is an Established Digital Marketing Solutions Multinational Corporation. They are seeking a HR Manager, Business Partner to join their growing business in APAC.
Overview: The HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s purpose, mission, values, and strategic objectives. This role is crucial in driving their sustainability commitment and workforce success, collaborating closely with other departments. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working with the executive leadership team, your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction for the HR department, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. Develop and execute HR strategies supporting the company’s business strategy.
- Drive and implement talent programs and organizational design strategies to support business growth.
- Lead the creation and management of competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Serve as a contact for employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies and best practices. Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution fairly.
- Lead and coach People Business Partners to support various people-related agendas.
- Manage organizational change initiatives, focusing on people-related challenges and anticipating future concerns.
- Use HR data and analytics to provide insights and make data-driven decisions. Prepare HR reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and market trends affecting compensation and benefits, making necessary adjustments.
- Lead change management initiatives, effectively communicating changes and managing resistance.
- Build strong rapport with Business Leaders to foster trust and synergy, with success measured by eNPS score.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Any Field; Preferably in Business & Human Resource
- Minimum of 10 years in general Human Resources with 5+ years in HR Business Partner roles, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence managers and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and relationships at all levels.
- Thoughtful, data-driven, caring, and direct approach to people and challenges.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, applying different coaching techniques as needed.
