Regional Training Manager, Asia (Luxury Retail)

My client, a leading Luxury Retail Conglomerate, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Training Manager to spearhead the regional training strategy. This role involves defining and implementing the local annual training roadmap, delivering product and service training through in-class sessions, in-store coaching, and individual mentoring, while ensuring consistent retail performance excellence across the region.
- Develop an annual training roadmap aligned with HQ directives and market strategic priorities, focusing on long-term team growth and development.
- Ensure alignment between the Regional Training Strategy and the Global Training Strategy.
- Lead in-class and in-store training sessions, along with individualized coaching to boost skills, performance, and motivation.
- Pursue operational excellence across all boutiques by collaborating with Boutique Management to enhance their professionalism and ensure the efficient implementation of policies and procedures.
- Regularly assess boutique operations KPIs with Management to identify training and coaching needs, driving day-to-day business culture through retail excellence and performance tools, including Mystery Shopping (MS) and KPIs dashboard.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated business acumen with hands-on coaching experience in the luxury retail industry.
- At least 8 years of experience in Learning & Development and Adult Education.
- Proven ability to deliver effective sales, product, and people management programs.
- Proficient in digital learning, with expertise in platform usage and engagement strategies.
