Our client is a globally renowned leader in the industrial B2B sector, recognized for their innovative solutions and strong commitment to sustainability. They are currently seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial management and reporting activities of the group companies. This position focuses on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions. Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and consolidate financial reports and presentations for monthly, quarterly, and annual management reviews.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to generate performance reports for the group and its entities.
- Assist the AVP, Finance, with monthly reporting, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and working capital management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor business performance.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and uphold data integrity.
- Support various ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of working experience with at least 3 years in financial accounting, analysis, and regional financial reporting.
- Proficient in IFRS, SAP, advanced Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively with teams under pressure.
