Our Client
Our client is a leading healthcare entity in Singapore. In line with continued growth aspiration both here as well as the region, they are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager, HRBP to join their growing HR team.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to Head of HRBP you will partner internal stakeholders / departments, providing HR advisory on employee lifecycle and strategic HR – onboarding, development, engagement, retention, disability inclusion. You will work collaboratively across Centre of Excellence on implementation of strategic HR programs and communication. You will also lead / manage projects as determined in the annual business plan and HR roadmap.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate comes with over 5 to 10 years of experience in full spectrum of HR, ideally from a complex, large organisation. You are a dynamic individual could put on a strategic hat, whilst remaining hands-on when situation arises. You have proven ability in HR Business Partnering and working with stakeholders proactively in a consultative manner
