My client is a global beauty MNC experiencing exponential growth. They are seeking an innovative and highly energetic Brand Manager to oversee the responsibility of driving their Beauty portfolio across Key Markets in Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Sales & Marketing strategies including Retail, Sales and Marketing budgets and forecasts
- Drive end-to-end brand management including product marketing, digital and socials, PR & Events
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to ideate campaigns, tactical offers and support focus categories and key launches
Requirements:
- 6 – 8 years of regional experience in a Brand or Marketing role within the beauty industry
- Strategic thinker and brand builder, able to work in fast-paced environments
- Team player who inspires others and collaborates cross-functionally
- Strong organizational, keen attention to detail, follow-up skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, results-oriented
