About the job
- Research & Analysis: Undertake comprehensive research on market trends, industry standards, governance structures, and strategic initiatives to support informed business decisions.
- Development of Playbooks and Manuals: Create and organize detailed operational playbooks and manuals customized for various departments within the organization and its portfolio companies.
- Policies and Processes: Design and enhance organization-wide policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize operations and governance practices.
- Strategy Development: Contribute to the formulation of business, strategic, and governance plans that align with the overall objectives of the company, promoting growth, scalability, and sustainability.
- Collaboration: Partner with different departments and senior leaders to collect insights, validate data, and produce high-quality written materials.
- Presentation & Reporting: Develop engaging presentations, detailed reports, and executive summaries to bolster business cases and facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Remain informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging business models to consistently enhance company strategies and policies.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Political Science, Public Policy, Law, or a related field from a prestigious university; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Min. 3 – 5 years of Professional Experience in Research, Strategy Development and Consulting.
- Demonstrated capability in conducting in-depth, structured research and synthesizing extensive data into practical insights.
- Exceptional writing abilities, enabling the production of clear, concise, and persuasive business documents, policies, and strategic reports.
- Proficient in thinking critically and strategically about complex business challenges, with a knack for proposing both innovative and practical solutions.
- A solid understanding of business principles, corporate governance, and strategic planning practices.
- A proven history of excellence in both academic and professional environments, showcasing high achievement and initiative.
