Role Overview:
The Chief People Officer will develop and execute a range of HR strategies that align with the company’s purpose, mission, values, and strategic objectives. This role, integral to driving the organization’s commitment to sustainability and employee success, will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and work closely with the executive leadership team.
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Lead the HR team, driving strategic vision and operational execution to support organizational goals.
- Oversee all HR functions with a focus on stringent controls in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
- Drive talent programs and implement organizational design strategies to support business growth.
- Develop and manage effective rewards and recognition programs to ensure competitive compensation and benefits for employees.
- Employee Relations and Performance Management:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution fairly and consistently.
- Manage and coach People Business Partners to support project-specific people-related agendas.
- Organizational Change and HR Analytics:
- Facilitate and manage organizational change initiatives, addressing people-related challenges and anticipating future concerns.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for senior management, offering analysis and recommendations on key HR metrics.
- Legislative Compliance and Change Management:
- Stay updated on legislative changes and market trends affecting compensation and benefits practices, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Lead change management initiatives, supporting employees through periods of organizational change and transformation.
- Establish strong rapport with business leaders to build trust and synergy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10-15 years of general Human Resources experience with 5+ years in HR Business Partner roles, demonstrating a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience in total rewards management or another HR function is advantageous.
- Experience in global companies and growth organizations, with FinTech or Technology industry experience as a plus.
