About the Role:
This role will focus on designing competitive rewards programs, including equity grants, incentive plans, and compensation benchmarking, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. This is a strategic individual contributor role requiring deep knowledge of executive compensation, equity-based rewards, and compliance in multiple markets, particularly the US and APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Compensation & Incentive Programs: Develop and manage long-term incentive plans, including equity grants, phantom shares, and management incentive schemes.
- Market Benchmarking: Conduct global compensation analysis to ensure competitive and equitable salary structures.
- Equity & Rewards Management: Design and administer global equity-based rewards programs, ensuring regulatory compliance across different markets.
- Strategic HR Leadership: Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on total rewards strategies and collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all compensation programs adhere to local and international regulations while continuously enhancing reward structures.
Key Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or Executive Compensation.
- Proven expertise in equity programs, incentive structures, and compensation benchmarking.
- Experience managing Total Rewards at an APAC level and a strong interest in scaling to a global role.
- Background in listed companies with hands-on experience in equity grants, phantom shares, and executive incentives.
- Familiarity with US compensation regulations and equity allocation schemes.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
