Head, Real Estate & Leasing (Higher Education)

Our Client

Our client is a notable IHL in Singapore. In line with continued growth aspirations they are currently recruiting for a Director level talent to head up their Group Real Estate Management & Leasing office.

The Role

Reporting to the COO, you will lead a sizeable team to provide strategic leadership and oversight in the policies and operations under commercial leasing (F&B, Retail, Commercial), real estate management, and auxiliary services (car parks & shuttle bus services – both outsourced) for the organisation’s assets across Singapore. You will drive performance and investment returns on the leased assets through in-depth financial analysis and tenant management.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s Degree graduate and comes with more than 15 to 20 years of proven track record in commercial leasing and auxiliary services. Prior work experience in leading transformation / change management at organisational level is an advantage.
