Job Summary:
You will be responsible for building and driving an integrated culture and engagement strategy that engages, aligns, and inspires employees with the company’s vision, mission, and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the organization’s culture change, engagement, and DE&I strategy.
- Create a roadmap centred around culture and engagement initiatives that promote high engagement and a thriving culture.
- Design and manage the onboarding experience, driving assimilation and engagement for new employees.
- Research and recommend approaches for employee surveys and subsequent action planning.
- Implement company-wide and/or departmental action plans based on Pulse Surveys and eNPS.
- Partner with the Corporate Communications team to develop an external-facing strategy that promotes our employer culture to candidates and stakeholders.
- Enhance employee communications in partnership with respective stakeholders.
- Lead enterprise-wide culture change initiatives.
- Develop and implement programs aimed at reducing turnover, increasing productivity, and enhancing the employee experience.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure engagement strategies are embedded in the recruitment process.
- Create programs that align initiatives to promote engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Measure the impact and progress of core programs and make recommendations for future areas of focus based on results.
Professional Experience:
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience focusing on employee engagement, employee experience, or other related HR disciplines.
- Experience in designing and deploying employee surveys and facilitating company-wide post-survey action planning.
- Strong communication and people skills (verbal, written, and listening).
- Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in leading a team, implementing engagement and change programs, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent change management and leadership skills.
