Our Client

Our client is an international organisation with global remit, and a subsidiary of Singapore’s Temasek Holdings. In line with continued growth comes the mandate to look for a HRBP for their Singapore HQ office.

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Country HRBP Lead  you will support full spectrum of HR (programs, initiatives, and strategic intervention) in support of group-wide business objectives and priorities. You will partner internal stakeholders / departments, providing HR advisory on employee lifecycle and strategic HR programs.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate comes with over 8 to 15 years of experience in full spectrum of HR. You are a dynamic individual have experience supporting group-wide strategic initiatives whilst remaining hands-on when situation arises. You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability in working across levels.
