Our Client
Our client is a notable organisation in Singapore Government, committed to the continuous development of Singapore and the prosperity of her people. In line with continued growth in their operations comes the mandate to look for a HRBP in their Corporate HR team
Role Overview
Reporting directly to Head of HRBP you will partner internal stakeholders / departments, providing HR advisory on employee lifecycle and strategic HR – onboarding, development, engagement, retention, disability inclusion. You will work collaboratively across HR COE on implementation of strategic HR programs and communication. You will also lead / manage projects as determined in the annual business and HR strategic plan.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate comes with over 5 to 15 years of experience in full spectrum of HR, ideally from a complex, large organisation. You are a dynamic individual could put on a strategic hat, whilst remaining hands-on when situation arises. You have proven ability in HR Business Partnering and working with stakeholders proactively in a consultative manner.
