Our client is a leading organisation in Singapore. Operating within an ecosystem of organisations they are invested in infrastructure projects, high technology innovation and development, and security infrastructure development across Asia and Middle East. In line with continued growth aspiration, they are currently recruiting for a HRBP Lead.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership : HR business partnering and advisory to business stakeholders on but not limited to workforce planning, manpower budgeting, talent management, employee engagement and performance management.
- Culture Development : Advisory to business and working collaboratively with HR COE to build strong organisational culture and a thriving workforce.
- Organisational Development : Promote a positive work environment and strong employee engagement. Lead and support organisational development and transformation initiatives.
- Workforce Planning & Talent Management : Talent conduit / advisor working with business leaders to identify, nurture, and retain talent pipelines vital to business strategy and goals.
- Performance Management : Work collaboratively with COE Total Rewards on annual performance cycle management, goal setting and appraisals.
- HR Policies & Compliance : Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Key Requirements
- Recognised Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Human Resources / Business / Sociology / Communications.
- Comes with more than 12 years of work experience in Human Resources Management in the capacity of a HR Business Partner.
- Good strategic planning, stakeholder management, communication, and people management skills.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
