Role Summary
The HRBP Manager will report directly to the Human Resources Director and collaborate closely with key departments such as Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Sales to develop and implement a strategic HR plan for Southeast Asia. This role is pivotal in driving employee engagement and professional development, requiring strong leadership to foster a positive organizational culture.
The successful candidate will partner with department heads to align HR strategies with overall business objectives, translating the company’s long-term vision into actionable HR initiatives for both current and future business needs. They will leverage global HR expertise and best practices to enhance talent management processes, while also applying data-driven insights to address complex HR issues in real time.
This position demands solid business acumen, comprehensive HR management experience, and a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations. The HRBP Manager will also manage HR budgets, demonstrate strategic thinking, and effectively balance and prioritise HR projects.
In essence, this role requires a highly skilled HR leader with exceptional leadership capabilities to execute a strategic HR plan, align HR efforts with business goals, and oversee talent management across the organization.

Responsible for all HR business partner activities within the organization, including but not limited to organizational diagnosis, talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.

Collaborate with department leaders to deliver comprehensive HR solutions that attract, develop, and retain top talent, supporting overall business growth.

Develop recruitment plans and manage the full recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates. Actively participate in industry talent mapping and accelerate talent acquisition efforts.

Enhance leadership capabilities of mid-level managers by focusing on key talent development, supporting core management in talent management, team building, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Build effective communication channels across all levels of the organization to ensure clear information flow and contribute to the organization’s healthy growth.

Promote the company culture and support the rapid development of the business.
- Min. 10 years of Human Resource Business Partnering Experience.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process with strong expertise in sales-related roles.
- Individuals who have a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions to HR and personnel challenges are highly desirable.
