About the Company: Our client, a globally recognized lifestyle multinational corporation, is looking for an HRIT Project Manager to lead their digital HR transformation and support their expanding team.
About the Role:
As an HRIT Project Manager, you will drive the feasibility study and implementation of Human Capital Management Software (HCMS) systems. You will ensure successful project execution within scope, timeline, and budget while collaborating with business stakeholders and system integrators. This role requires strong leadership in HR digitalization, change management, and risk mitigation, ensuring seamless adoption of new HR technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the feasibility study and implementation of HCMS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Work with business stakeholders and functional teams to document HR system requirements.
- Partner with system integrators to develop delivery approaches and proposals/statements of work.
- Manage project priorities in a dynamic business environment, harmonizing conflicting requirements.
- Track key project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and present updates to the Steering Committee.
- Drive change management efforts for smooth system adoption across the organization.
- Prepare and present project status reports, including budget tracking and risk assessments.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR transformation and implementation of HR HCMS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR system functionalities, processes, and integration requirements.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and presenting at executive-level Steering Committees.
- Ability to manage budgets, project scope, and resources effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management.
