Our Client
Our client is an international organisation with global remit, and a subsidiary of Singapore’s Temasek Holdings. In line with continued growth comes the mandate to look for a HRBP Lead for their International HR division.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to the CHRO you will lead the International HRBP team as a conduit between Group and Country HR leadership, aligning HR philosophy, programs, and strategic intervention in support of group-wide business objectives and priorities. You will partner internal stakeholders / departments, providing HR advisory on employee lifecycle and strategic HR programs. You will work collaboratively across HR COE on implementation of strategic HR programs, technology intervention, and communication.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate comes with over 15 to 20 years of experience in full spectrum of HR, ideally looking at international markets with a complex, large organisation. You are a dynamic individual could put on a strategic hat, whilst remaining hands-on when situation arises. You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability in HR Business Partnering and working with stakeholders proactively in a consultative manner.
