Our client is a prominent Singapore-headquartered organisation with global footprints. In line with continued growth plans they are currently recruiting for a Group Learning & Talent Development Lead to join their dynamic HR team.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Group Head of Learning & Talent Development, you will support the development, implementation, and review of the organisation’s Talent Development and Learning framework / system. You will partner business stakeholders to identify learning needs and bridge / calibrate learning solutions (including digital) to close skill gaps. You will work with senior management to support talent & succession planning process to ensure talent pipes for critical positions.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate comes with over 10 to 15 years of work experience in Learning & Talent Development / Management. You come with strong stakeholder management skills, and are a dynamic individual could put on a strategic hat, whilst remaining hands-on when situation arises.Application Process
