About the Company: Our client, a well-known media and partnerships firm, is experiencing exponential growth and are looking for a Regional Licensing Sales Manager to oversee the Philippines Market. You would be responsible for driving sales and business development, managing client relationships, and ensuring licensee compliance to achieve revenue targets.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development efforts to meet revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, forecasts, and reports to evaluate and capture business opportunities.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring compliance with licensor policies and maximizing client performance.
- Oversee licensee obligations, including product development, distribution, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to enhance brand visibility and secure retail placements.
Requirements:
- Proven client acquisition/sales/business development experience, preferably in retail.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative as a self-starter.
