My client, a leading Dermatology MNC, is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Director to lead the local marketing strategy for the Malaysia market. This pivotal role involves developing and executing impactful brand strategies to enhance consumer engagement and capture market leadership, while leading a team of 4. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive consumer demand and achieve market share targets.
- Drive product innovation and portfolio management, ensuring effective lifecycle optimization and market relevance.
- Analyze consumer and market trends to shape marketing approaches and unlock new growth avenues.
- Lead media planning and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful launches and campaigns.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field ie. Marketing, Business etc.
- Over 10 years of successful brand management experience within a leading FMCG/Beauty Company
- Strong capabilities in strategic planning, data analysis, and project execution.
- Excellent communicator and presenter with a strong command of English as the role requires close working relationship with Europe HQ
- Extensive experience in launching products, executing digital campaigns, and overseeing media and PR efforts.
