This role goes beyond payroll processing to include a focus on providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders and driving process improvements. In addition to accurate and timely payroll processing, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to digitalization initiatives and process enhancements within the Human Resource Shared Services framework.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the full cycle of monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare payroll reports and conduct reconciliations.
- Provide payroll-related information to stakeholders and address discrepancies promptly.
- Manage statutory contributions and submissions, including CPF, tax clearance, and claims (e.g., NS, maternity).
- Support and enhance HR systems and processes for efficiency and standardization.
- Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support.
- Drive data standardization and optimization of HRIS functionality.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of payroll processing in a large organization.
- Strong proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
