Our client is a global iconic FMCG brand and they are seeking for outstanding talents to join the dynamic team as a Regional Finance Analyst.
About the role
Reporting to the Regional Controller, this position plays a key role in acting as a business partner in collaborating with business stakeholders, while providing support in formulating financial strategies, and actively providing insights on business processes and their financial implications to the management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive initiatives for improved financial performance, aiding the Regional Controller in crafting long-term financial strategies and plans, while ensuring adherence to Group schedules and templates.
- Consolidate regional financial activities including budgeting and forecasting, conducting in-depth analysis and simulations to highlight impacts and deliver insights.
- Collaborate with Country Finance Heads to optimize opportunities, challenge conventions, and oversee comprehensive analyses of sales, costs, profitability, and Capex/Investment evaluations for NPV/ROI.
- Analyze and provide multi-dimensional insights to management, while collaborating with stakeholders for financial and cost analysis.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly management reports and continually enhance their content and quality for improved insights.
- Create monthly financial dashboards, KPIs, and analysis, working on consolidation tools, and supporting data requests from Global HQ
- Drive regional process optimization, workflow efficiency, reporting harmonization, and system integration, while acting as an IT tools Power User and enhancing system capabilities across the region.
- Provide financial and analytical support to achieve regional goals, partnering with marketing teams for financial business cases and simulations to aid product launches and investments.
- Drive alignment among factory costing teams, collaborating with stakeholders and local finance heads to manage crucial costs effectively.
In order to succeed in this role, you will have to be analytically strong and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders of various levels.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 8-10 years of pertinent experience in a regional finance role or FP&A is required.
- Proficiency in SAP, particularly with a strong emphasis on FICO, while familiarity with other SAP modules is advantageous.
- Evidence of adeptness in creative and critical thinking is necessary.
- The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently is expected.
