Regional Finance Manager, SEA

Our client, a leading provider of innovative mobility solutions, is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Regional Finance Manager to join their Finance team. This role will support accounting, treasury, and finance functions across the Asia-Pacific region.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple regional entities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and company policies.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including SAP reporting.
• Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Work closely with regional stakeholders to optimize financial performance and cost efficiencies.
• Lead and mentor finance teams across the region to drive operational excellence.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar financial systems is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of regional tax regulations, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills in a regional setting.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
