Join our team as we seek a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, attracting, and placing talent across both contracting positions in a regional capacity. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong networking skills, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, competitive market. Candidate need to have team management as well as business development experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation, for contracting roles.
- Partner with clients to craft hiring strategies and understand talent needs.
- Utilize various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards, networking) to identify top candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Market Expertise & Regional Focus
- Stay updated on trends, market dynamics, and regional hiring practices.
- Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates.
- Develop a talent pipeline and provide market insights and career guidance.
- Performance & Administration
- Meet recruitment targets and deliver quality hires within timelines.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and prepare client reports.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, , or related field with 3+ years of recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Jobstreet).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of candidates and stakeholders who may require communication in either language.
