Retail Performance Executive, SEA

My client, a well-known luxury firm, is looking for a Retail Performance Executive to manage the South-East Asia region. They are looking for experienced talents to support the retail team in the region by providing data-driven insights and performance analysis to enhance retail performance across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze retail performance and provide quantitative and qualitative insights to improve retail operations.
• Manage and source data across company platforms, ensuring accurate and efficient reporting.
• Develop and roll out action plans based on data analysis to enhance retail performance.
• Prepare and present performance reports, business reviews, and ad-hoc analyses for various events.
• Support retail performance projects from conception to roll-out, incorporating local market specificities.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and platforms such as SAP BI or similar.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and define clear action plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for preparing business reviews and performance reports.
