About the job
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mentality to drive market share growth in the B2B sector. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding our presence by engaging with system integrators and channel partners throughout India.
In addition, the role requires a focus on establishing & building new customer relationships whilst managing and maintaining existing customers along with the joint development and execution of strategies to expand and create new markets in your designated territory.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share for I-PRO security and surveillance products in the B2B sector.
- Channel Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with system integrators and channel partners to enhance distribution networks and sales pipelines.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on both short-term and long-term growth.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients to showcase the value of I-PRO products.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities and product launches.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Prior business development, account management or sales experience with a manufacturer, preferably from the Security industry.
- Good knowledge of IP Surveillance, Analytics, CCTV and/or Video Management Software will be advantageous, but not essential
- Demonstrated success in a hunter role, with a track record of growing market share and achieving sales targets.
- Strong network of contacts within the system integrator and channel partner community in India.
- A good understanding of security, networking and IT products & technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
