About the job
- Market Penetration: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase I-PRO’s presence and market share in the Philippines.
- Channel Partner Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators and channel partners to enhance distribution networks and drive sales growth.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing sales targets, with a focus on sustainable growth.
- Client Engagement: Conduct compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value proposition of I-PRO products to potential clients.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the regional marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights to the SEA Sales Manager to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prior business development, account management or sales experience with a manufacturer, preferably from the Security industry.
- Good knowledge of IP Surveillance, Analytics, CCTV and/or Video Management Software will be advantageous, but not essential
- Demonstrated success in a hunter role, with a track record of growing market share and achieving sales targets.
- Strong network of contacts within the system integrator and channel partner community in Philippines.
- A good understanding of security, networking and IT products & technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
