About The Company:

In line with continued growth aspiration both here as well as the region, they are currently recruiting for a Lead, Procurement Technology (SAP Ariba).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• System Transformation: Lead evaluation of Enterprise procurement processes, system designs, and workflows to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Process Redesign: Create roadmaps for system upgrades aligned with business strategies whilst meeting compliance requirements.
• Project Management: Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders and support team. Ensure delivery meets budget and timeline.
• Change Communication: Work cross-functionally on change communication to align impacted departments and teams, for effective transitioning.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders for successful implementation and compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Recognised Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting / Business / Supply Chain / Information Technology
• Comes with more than 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in managing business / organisational system change management
• The ideal candidate will have a knack for optimizing processes, a passion for technology, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Proficiency in systems such as SAP S4 HANA, and Ariba to assess business needs, and adept at process re-engineering
