About the job
Our client, a Well-Established Multinational Corporation in the Industrial Manufacturing sector, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior HR Specialist to oversee HR operations and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR functions, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with company policies.
- Execute full payroll processing, including CPF and IRAS submissions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Compile and submit comprehensive reports on training costs, manpower expenses, staff benefits, and hiring costs to the Group Head of HR.
- Maintain and update employee records within the HR Information System for data accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct employee orientation, manage exit processes, and ensure smooth transitions for incoming and outgoing employees.
- Support the performance appraisal process, including salary increments, bonus administration, and employee recognition programs.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and security bond purchases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee employee leave records and manage company insurance policies, including Work Injury Compensation, Hospital & Surgery, and Public Liability.
- Ensure HR practices align with employment laws and manage foreign workforce accommodations and transportation.
- Take on additional HR projects and responsibilities as required.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR operational experience, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and key government policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR Information Systems (HRIS), and other HR-related tools for reporting and data management.
