Our Client is an Established Logistics & 3PL Corporation. They are seeking for an individual to join their growing business as a Senior Human Resource Executive.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support across a wide range of services, including but not limited to talent acquisition, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee engagement, and social welfare.
- Suggest, design, and implement best practices. Actively participate in HR projects and initiatives.
- Assess various staffing needs to determine methods to address current and future conditions, including retention management, realignment, recruitment planning, and career development.
- Responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits, statutory claims/surveys, insurance, work pass administration, on/offboarding, drafting of HR/employment-related letters, and timely submission of reports.
- Manage and facilitate the performance management system/campaign.
- Develop training plans and identify learning opportunities for employee development.
- Provide guidance and operational support to the local HR team in SEA.
- Participate in drafting, reviewing, and implementing policies, procedures, and program initiatives.
- Support general office administration duties as required.
- Minimum degree in HR, Business Administration, or an equivalent field from a recognized tertiary institution.
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore Employment Act.
- Responsible, analytical, organized, and meticulous.
