Senior Human Resource Executive
About the job
- Oversee and manage the entire spectrum of HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Execute comprehensive payroll processes, including regular submissions for CPF and IRAS.
- Compile and submit monthly HR reports to the Group Head of HR, including training cost analysis, manpower costs versus budget, annual staff benefits budget, and cost per hire.
- Regularly update and maintain the HR Information System to ensure accurate employee records.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and manage the exit clearance process for departing employees.
- Provide full support for the performance appraisal process, including handling increments and bonus payments.
- Manage all aspects of work passes and security bond purchases for employees.
- Oversee and manage employee leave records.
- Administer company insurance policies, such as Workmen Injury Compensation, Hospital & Surgery, and Public Liability.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, including managing foreign employees’ work passes and related accommodations and transportation.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
- Strong proficiency in Payroll Administration and knowledge of Employment and Labor Laws.
- IHRP certification is a valuable advantage.
