About the job

The Company: Our client, a Well-Established Multinational Industrial Manufacturing Corporation with a Strong Global Footprint, is looking for a dedicated professional to join their team as a Senior HR Specialist.

Main Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the entire spectrum of HR operations and administrative tasks.
Execute comprehensive payroll processes, including regular submissions for CPF and IRAS.
Compile and submit monthly HR reports to the Group Head of HR, including training cost analysis, manpower costs versus budget, annual staff benefits budget, and cost per hire.
Regularly update and maintain the HR Information System to ensure accurate employee records.
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and manage the exit clearance process for departing employees.
Provide full support for the performance appraisal process, including handling increments and bonus payments.
Manage all aspects of work passes and security bond purchases for employees.
Oversee and manage employee leave records.
Administer company insurance policies, such as Workmen Injury Compensation, Hospital & Surgery, and Public Liability.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, including managing foreign employees’ work passes and related accommodations and transportation.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
At least 5 years of professional experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
Strong proficiency in Payroll Administration and knowledge of Employment and Labor Laws.
IHRP certification is a valuable advantage.
