The Company
Our client, a Reputable Asset Management Multinational Corporation, is seeking a dedicated Strategic Research & Policy Specialist to join their growing team.
This role is key in supporting the development of essential playbooks, policies, and strategic frameworks that enhance organizational efficiency and governance practices. You will collaborate closely with various departments and leadership, conducting research and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive company success.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Analysis: Perform detailed research on market trends, industry standards, and governance frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
- Development of Playbooks and Manuals: Assist in creating and organizing operational playbooks and manuals tailored to the organization’s departments and portfolio companies.
- Policies and Processes: Support the design and improvement of company-wide policies and procedures, contributing to operational optimization and governance.
- Strategy Support: Contribute to the development of business strategies and governance plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with departments and senior leaders to gather insights, validate data, and support the production of high-quality written materials.
- Reporting & Presentations: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and executive summaries to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and evolving business models to enhance company strategies and policies.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in research, policy development, or strategic planning.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough research and translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise business documentation.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of business operations and governance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
