Our Client
Our client is a prominent Singapore-headquartered organisation with global footprints. In line with continued growth plans they are currently recruiting for a Group Total Rewards Lead to join their dynamic HR team.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, you will lead a small team in implementation, governance, and review of end-to-end Total Rewards programs, working through HRBP and COEs. You will advise HR and business on Total Rewards programs and policies, as well as manage annual cycles and lead periodic survey / design assignments.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate comes with over 10 to 15 years of work experience in Total Rewards. You come with strong stakeholder management skills, and are a dynamic individual could put on a strategic hat, whilst remaining hands-on when situation arises.
